MIZTLI is a web application dedicated to the investigation of missense variant effects on protein 3D structures.

It is developed and maintained by André Blavier, previously the principal architect of the Alamut software for molecular genetics (now owned and operated by SOPHiA GENETICS).

BIOKERDEN is a single-person company whose sole purpose currently is the development and distribution of MIZTLI.
